<p>CCL4 bindet an den Korezeptor des <a href="HIV" title="HIV">HIV</a>-1, <a href="CCR5" title="CCR5">CCR5</a>, und hemmt dadurch die Infektion von Zellen mit HIV-1 <a href="Kompetitive_Hemmung" title="Kompetitive Hemmung">kompetitiv</a>.
